Who am I?

  • I am a professional coach who thinks coaching is an incredibly powerful tool to reach one's dreams and unleash the human potential.
  • I am a traveller who travelled through Bolivian plateaus as well as Kashmere valleys, tasted wine in Argentina as well as South Africa, danced during Peruvian carnival as well as Vietnamese new year's party, fell in love in Kenya as well as in Himalayas. I stepped my foot all over the European soil and then also in India, Nepal, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, South Africa or Kenya.
  • I am an adventurer who escaped from Peruvian police while trying to get secretly at night to Macchu Picchu, survived a typhoon hit which previously killed thousands of people in Phillippines or drunk a sip of fresh goat blood in the village of her Masai lover.
  • I am a climber who learnt how not to triple over her own crampons in the Alps and stuck her ice axe into the glaciers of the Andes Mountains, Himalayas or Argentinian Tierra del Fuego.
  • I am an ex-ski instructor and excited ski tourer who during her study time in Austria instead of writing her final thesis ski-toured and free-rode almost all mountain peaks within 200 km distance from Salzburg.
  • I am a passionate dancer who danced through the night until the new year's morning during one of the wildest beach parties in Ko Phangan island in Thailand, but also learnt the traditional dance from the local grandmas in Ladakh.
  • I am an explorer who one day packed her stuff and moved to Vietnam. And then to Kashmir. And then to Spain. 🙂
  • I am a mother who found herself a parent as unexpectadly as having a cold bath in the middle of a snow storm, yet who happened to become a single parent. A mother who does not always manage to hold her inner peace and sometimes spits fire all around, yet who loves her little baby girl as much as one could only imagine.
  • I am a buddhist practitioner who loves to innerly grow and develop, eventhough it is sometimes through tears and pain. And who believes that one day she will eventually understand one of the Buddha's basic thoughts.

This all is me, Kristina Škrabalová, life coach, ACC.

So what do I have to offer?

I would love to offer you some simple WHAT-TO-DO list of how to manage all life's mishaps, how to reach easily and quickly your desired goals and how to live happy ever after. Yet, however unsexy that sounds, I have to admit that I have nothing like that to offer.

Because there is no magic spell, no abracadabra of that kind.

Since the only thing that will make you live happy ever after is you only and the work you do on your inner setting. It is a path through understanding that everything happens for a reason. And that it is up to us to recognize it within all the chaos of our fixed ideas and emotions.

Yet I can offer you an inspiration in the form of a story. Of my story

I can also show you how to find your direction. And as your coach help you see that everything what happens actually is a precious step on our path. A step that might lead to big things

Because... life is amazing on the planet Earth.

You just need to learn how to see it.
